Remote work and very few limitations in roles and locations. Good people on team.

Cons

Massive nepotism in leadership, executive non responsive hindering potential opportunities brought to them, set metrics out of the blue then punish people for not meeting them by intimidation without training or suggestions on how to achieve metrics set. Have contests that only a portion of team would be able to excel and be rewarded. Complete disorganization, no employee rewards /appreciation very cheap. Leans to much on DEI and not on actually creating a better employee experience to set up for success. Hire and fire culture. Beware. Also no 401K match.
