They provide with multiple opportunities to upskill and grow in career. Appreciate the talent with benefits and bonus and they do give more chances to prove oneself.

Pros

Great to be able to be contracted out to larger companies. Helps with potential permanent positions in those companies.

Cons

I wish they had a required PTO and holiday pay for all of their contractors. It is awful to never feel like you can enjoy time off or even a holiday because you are taking a pay cut to do so.
