      No cost of living increase or pay increase in the time i've been with the company. Minimal growth opportunities available.

      Has been growing by acquiring other companies

      Cons

      I’ve been working here for a while and the culture is very negative, the leadership members yell at their teams and are very rude when treating them employees. They have a client based culture which affects the internal culture with unrealistic goals and prices. Definitely not a people oriented company.
