      Offer jobs to seemingly Broadway characters to fill up CEO directs.

      Cons

      Strange and uncomfortable relationships w customers, HR not in tune with US laws turning blind eye to violations, decisions made by CEO based on perceptions not performance.

      Only thing for good thing I can mention is salary they offer. Rest is a nightmare.

      Cons

      Disorganized, no guidance, no bench period. If you have other options, I would recommend not touching this company at all.
