They don't have even a employee portal, All communication happen to the personal mailId instead of their own domain mailID No employee benefits No job security, They can fire you in a week No hikes No proper communication of anything No salary on time

Pros

Pros: Salary is the only positive aspect. Other than that, there are no significant benefits for employees.

Cons

Worst management experience. Especially for tech developers, the work-life balance is extremely poor with very long working hours, often extending to most days of the week. Employees are treated more like resources to be billed to clients rather than valued professionals. Management focus seems to be more on client demands than employee well-being. I would strongly advise developers to carefully evaluate the work culture before joining.
