      There are good people who work there. You just have to find them.

      Little room for growth, company doesn't value the work employees do, constant threat of being fired, high turnover rate leads to fractured knowledge base

      Just the normal pains associated with a company growing very fast and transforming their operations and corporate model at the same time.
