      Pros

      R&D in USA is small and my team mates were nice. As an entry level guy i got the freedom to explore whatever the technologies they were working on.

      Cons

      Office Politics, No Growth in Career, No great benefits as such.

      I no longer work here.

      Cons

      The leadership at the top. They are the owner, his family and handful of others that have been there a long time. They have no morals or ethics, they do not care about their employees or customers at all and are extremely cheap.
