No Matching employer grant for 401k Immediate termination upon contract end and no assistance whatsoever on job placement after termination.

Stressful management obsessed with KPIs that get in the way of results! Management is fearful of losing their jobs and you can feel it in the air. Expect multiple unnecessary meetings during prime customer interaction times that will hinder your performance. Training is a joke. Manager will make promises and then break them…. Over and over again. They fired their top sales person and said they weren’t contributing enough. They hire people from other agencies and have them steal their old clients. I don’t see this company lasting longer than another 1 year due to multiple unnecessary firing and fearful management.

They refuse to provide raises, prioritizing luxury over their employees' well-being. While they enjoy private jets and expensive sports cars, the hardworking staff who generate their wealth are overlooked. Non-management employees receive no holiday gifts or bonuses.
