Software is outdated, you are held to extremely high standards that if you make a mistake, you could get fired yet other departments make mistakes all the time and they get awards.

Losing clients, firing FTE employees. Failing leadership

Some great employees working alongside you.

Cons

Horrible leadership. Client partners running accounts into the ground because they can’t be bothered to dig into their accounts. Nepo-executives firing top performers without notice due to constant “restructuring” - feedback will get you fired. Have seen retaliation time and time again. They have lost 4 major clients recently and are on the brink of losing more. DO NOT WORK HERE!

Growing organization with global footprint. Competitive culture which drives results aggressively.

Cons

Innova is going through a transformation. They are changing their business model. They've grown through acquisitions of small to mid-size organizations. Leadership is very cliquish. Its a family owned operations so heavy nepotism. Nepotism is inevitable in most family owned organizations, but it's very unapologetic about it. They are privately held for a reason.
