After 16 years at a competitor, I accepted an offer to join ACS as a BDM to represent us as one of six prime vendors at a major bank. On a daily basis I am constantly impressed with the managements positive energy, communication and daily support for this elite account. I appreciate the collaboration with team members to tackle challenges, adjust strategies, and the fact that management is very open minded to adjust local market strategies that allow our team to deliver. I'm proud to be part of a premier global organization but stress that i never feel isolated. As they say strength in numbers! I have been working at Innova full-time . I feel the culture is one of inclusion and its current scaling plan is exciting. There is a wealth of experience and passion in the leadership throughout the company to build a top notch technology company. The other huge thing is employee training. I have had the opportunity to get hands-on training on software platforms ,culture and also to get certifications. The clients we work with are top companies in the world so you are constantly learning from a variety of people/organizations. I am very impressed with the open door policy of most managers.
