I have been working at Innova Solutions full-time (More than 6 months) Innova's working culture is very good and get opportunities to practice cutting edge technologies especially in cloud environment. It is a place for those who wants to grow technically and professionally.Innova always encourage its employees to come up with new ideas and invest money on it.

was lied about the position that was offered to me. Did not receive my check. HR said it was mailed but I chose direct deposit. I did not receive any notification that my check was being mailed until I asked. This is the worse company I ever work for.

We follow accepted hiring practices, and our employees have the opportunity to review their offer letter and job description prior to accepting and starting work. In regard to the paycheck issue - sometimes depending when direct deposit is set-up, the first checks in the cycle are generated as "live" until the banking information is verified. Although this is rare, it can and does happen with large companies, however we hope that over time your paycheck issues were resolved.

Company has multiple silos to help generate business opportunities

Cons

Management doesn't give a proper ramp-up time (4 to 6 months) and expects you to have deals in place immediately. No transparency towards goals. My MD at the time had grand ideas but no proper plan of execution. He would hardly go on sales calls with us and definitely had his favorites in the office. Talked a big sales game, but when he was asked to switch roles and carry a bag, he quit within 3 weeks and abruptly left without explanation.
