Cons

Sub-par benefit package, just to get-by mentality for most of NA employees. Company "stargey" in North America is "as minimal as possible" for internal employee.

Great team & leadership at the AZ location. You eat what you kill and if you're focused, you can make "top 1%" money Great work-life balance Good compensation package

Cons

Hard sales process. Cold calling/emailing & long sales cycle (4-12 months). Terrible CRM system with a lack of advanced sales tools Poor communication in org/slows sales progress Have to "ground-up" prospect. The company provides no lead gen system or marketing. No SDR's/BDR's. All on you The starting base salary is low for long-cycle sales The benefits are about 1.5-1.8 times higher than the average Nepotism in upper-level management
