Pros

HR team is good. They follow up when your Visa should be renewed and do perfect documentation. No hassle to get documents when you have travel out of country. Benefits are good. On time payments.

Cons

No 401K match. No parties for people working at client place. They take percentage from the hike/bonus you get as a result of your hard work at client location.

Coworkers were great to work with and tried to help support each other in spite of poor decisions made by management.

Cons

Leadership team is unsupportive and offers no incentives for employees who go above and beyond to stay. Salaries are kept well below industry standards across the board. Insurance is not subsidized by one single penny for employees and appears to be inflated premiums. There’s a lot of fake reviews posted on here which are clearly by the recruiters overseas...look at the repeated statements to confirm.
