I get the the comment about the 401k and benefit costs, and assure you that the Benefits Team is working hard to find the best value and offerings to meet the needs of all our employees. Our salaries are usually commensurate with experience and the role you play - raises are based on performance. Again, please talk with your manager or HR if there are any issues.

Pros

Management is very supportive, and they give you plenty of time to get acclimated before focusing on numbers/production. The lines of communication are always open, and issues get resolved quickly. The tenure of management is long, and they all have many years of industry experience that is great to learn from. I work for an enterprise account, and there are plenty of opportunities to fill reqs. The commission structure is one of the best I've seen, and is very motivating.

1) One of the best management team who are very knowledge and hands-on on the IT trends in the market. 2) Freedom to voice our opinions in an congenial environment. 3) Quick decision making process right from the management team. 4) Excellent multi cultural environment with lots of scope for learning new skills. 5) Competitive pay and benefits package 6) Independence in decision making and support from higher management in all situations

Cons

1) Process base lining. Since this is an young organization , few of the processes are still evolving which is very natural.
