Great interview but unfortunately very disappointing to work here

Pros

I can find very few pros to mention. I guess the best thing about the experience was that I received a paycheck.

Cons

The greatest challenge with the company was the leadership style of the company. It appeared each conversation in the company eventually led to an executive shouting at someone. There is high turnover at the company and low employee morale. The employees "act" one way in front of management and then bash them behind their backs. Just a very difficult place to work.

There team doesn't even know to calculate your tax They will make your pay stub for 80hrs for 1-week but basically they pay you for 2-week and then they will deduct more taxes. they don't know to count your hours No one is there to help you Only way you can reach them is through emails, one issue get resolved after 100's of email

I worked for 6 months for a Cox Communications in Altanta through ACS Interview process was easy and recruiting team were great communicators

Cons

After my contract got over they never paid me for the last 2 weeks of my work I even went to their duluth office and they assured they will get it taken care of but no luck I had a confirmation from client that my payment was relieved and I also had approved time sheets
