      You get paid on time

      Cons

      Paid time off is a scam, if you quit they don’t pay out unused PTO, senior leaders have no idea what they are doing, benefits are terrible if you are in the corporate office, extremely stressful and depressing atmosphere, raises for exceptional employees are pathetically low, salaries are below market rates. Great place if you’re into being undervalued, underpaid and overworked constantly. Forget about Christmas bonuses

      Horrible Place to Work

      Pros

      There are few, but one would be the location right off the interstate.

      Cons

      Management tends to think they can talk down to everyone. There is next to none respect for employees across the board. The ownership seems to just care about their bottom line which I seen many people of talent just walk out of the company as a result. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you like being treated with no regards.

      Toxic Work Environment

      Pros

      Pay checks are timely, but commissions and taxes are usually wrong. Some field management is OK and try their best with the minimal support they receive from corporate.

      Cons

      The corporate office located in Duluth, GA is run by the CFO and they have recently hired other management, but they have done this before, and they will probably all be fired with 2 years. The CEO does not care about the toxic environment. They do not understand how to run a business, every time you call corporate another employee is gone. The management is so dysfunctional I would not recommend working here. They are no Ethics.
