- management less involved with client projects. - manager are disconnected with client projects and situations. - do not provide bonus, have to submit receipts of all expenditure which they will approve or reject according to their need. - Less benefits offered by company

This is a start up company that offers good pay & benefits. There are lots of opportunities to grow within the company. HR is very helpful and we get good advise and support from the Management.
