The only pro is that I am gone.

Cons

Every breath of every day, working with people who "earned their stripes" through nepotism and throwing people under the bus. It is an extremely unhealthy environment that good people won't thrive in.

Toxic leader, ship, over bearing amount of work, no structure, if you’re not friends with leader ship, you will not be promoted. You will be treated than the rest by the entire team. Workflow is constantly changing with no guidance, nor proper training at any level for any position! But if you’re willing to work longer hours and have the experience, it takes the pays worth it ask for top dollar they will give it to you.
