Pros

I’m not able to describe how good this company treats their employees. I feel that I am working with professionals that I can learn from and that they will push me to take on new and challenging opportunities, I feel respected and valued for what I bring to the firm. The flexibility to attend to family matters if necessary and the encouragement to come up with my own ideas and to provide input to the team is very important to me. Management trusts my decisions and me in my daily work.

Cons

Depends where you live, commute can be a little challenging , but the company is very understanding of that.

InnovaCare is growing! We have a supportive team of leadership, physicians, providers, clinic staff, and administrators - we are all here for the PATIENT, their FAMILIES, & their CAREGIVERS. InnovaCare provides personalized/quality care to each patient and that is the difference between us and the others.

Cons

What may have been cons in the past, are being addressed and corrected. I have only been here a year, but the growth and changes we are making across the company confirm that we are heard and valued. We are evolving and its an honor to be part of the changes.

When i first started I felt i was part of a great organization built on teamwork. You play a key role in shaping the organization's workforce by sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent. This can significantly impact the company's success, especially in the healthcare industry, where a skilled team is essential.

Cons

One of the main challenges in my current position is the absence of direction from my direct supervisor. Without clear guidance or consistent leadership, it's difficult to align recruitment efforts with broader company objectives and strategy. he absence of both leadership and collaboration with peers means I don’t receive the support or feedback I need to grow professionally. This makes it harder to improve my recruitment strategies or develop new skills for advancing my career.
