Provides decent benefits, that’s about it.

Cons

They’ve had 3 reduction in force (mass firing) in less than 2 years, and left responsibilities to current employees with no proper transfer of information nor additional pay. Abrasive “leadership”, no collaboration, everyone is at their wits end because of being overworked and underpaid, CYA culture, probably because of the fear based “leadership”, everyone remaining is basically scared to lose their jobs. Toxic political environment. If you see any clinic branded “by InnovaCare” run!

Zero knowledge about how to properly run a clinic. No guidance, no feedback. The leadership here is pretty much non existent. They say 1 Thing with no follow through.

Water runs downhill and this is a clear reflection of the poor leadership at this company. Total lack of strategic vision with an extreme appetite for exponential growth. Nepotism runs wild amongst chaos and unorganization while you're constantly trying to not drown from drinking from the fire hose.
