As the company continues to grow quickly, new initiatives and changes are communicated clearly, which helps teams feel informed and supported. Work‑life balance can be challenging at times, especially with the high volume of patients and the level of care we strive to provide. However, the work is very rewarding, and knowing that we are helping keep patients healthy, supported, and out of the hospital makes the extra effort worth it
