For such a small company, the C-Suite level team is a mystery. No AMAs or any casual interactions occur, even via just a company email or Slack. HR team appears very "green" and company onboarding is lackluster (and only one hour). Pay and benefits are not competitive. To start, employees accrue up to 21 days of PTO but be prepared to start at 0 - this is inclusive of both vacation and sick time as well. No mental health or wellness days, you would need to take that out of your 21 days. As a result work/life balance is difficult.
