      - Management is nice and seems to be organized - Good insurance

      Cons

      - Low pay for a Consultant Agency - Very minimal PTO (10 days, increasing 1 day for each there you are there, and maxing out at 20)

      - lots of talented, humble co-workers; we laugh a lot - company's core values are present and acknowledge throughout company - flex time - work when it works for you without sacrificing the client - 100% remote, I can work anywhere - company is always hiring with little turnover due to constant contract awards

      - not sure of personal growth path or salary increases - 100% remote, I miss being with people sometimes
