They go out of their way to make sure everyone appreciated at the company. They have been nothing but a helpful kind place and make sure our employees are taken care of.

Pros

Great team environment with flexibility of being remote for some positions. I get to work on a diverse range of geospatial/database/application products, allowing me to learn and challenge myself. Genuinely feel valued as an employee and a person.

Cons

I had not worked remotely before this position, and it did take time to get used to staying connected from a distance, but it is possible! PTO is not great, but schedules are flexible, so the PTO has not ended up being a huge issue over the last several years.
