They offer outstanding health insurance, you will most likely never work at a company with insurance as great, 401K plan is another benefit, the plan administrator stinks but 15% match is definitely up there. Your career at innovative wether it be short term or long term is going to be exactly what you make it. They are there to make money and sell services. So if your going to go after being the best you can be. The CEO’s work ethic and intelligence is something to inspire too. Your career at innovative will aspire you to want more in life.

Cons

Work life balance and paid time off about the only issue, that’s just something you have to come to terms with with that being said you will be off for every major Holiday and extra.
