Pros
The environment at Innovative is professional but not stuffy. It fits the bill as a small to mid-size operation. You'll have the opportunity to meet and work with a bunch of different folks across departments. You can actually see how your work impacts our facilities and the bottom line. 401k is a major selling point. The company is in a growth stage and there are opportunities within and across departments if you put in the work
Cons
Paid time off isn't the best and depending upon your department, you may have to submit requests months in advance. I often found training to be scattered and frustrating. You may wind up on call overnight once a week, which is kind of a bummer unless you like being woken up to work at 2AM.
