Effective training and constant feedback from competent managers and experienced staff. Quickly transition into performing meaningful work/tasks. Regular scheduled meetings to receive feedback and discuss questions/concerns with President and managers. As a new hire, you will be trained and experience just about every aspect of the job within your first year, which is great if you're looking to quickly gain useful, hands-on experience. You definitely feel that the higher-ups want the best for you and that success is a team effort. Company 401K is unbeatable, excellent health/dental. Overall, a great place to begin a career and easily a place you could spend many years at.
Cons
Low PTO days (5 first year, 10 2nd, 15 3+ years). 45 hour minimum work weeks. Definitely can be a work intensive environment with experienced engineers and managers putting in regular 50+ hour weeks. Lower entry-level salary compared to industry average, but there is potential for quick growth if you prove your worth.
