      They let you use a macbook remote friendly

      CEO comes from a sales background, focuses on getting new customers and getting good marketing The vibe encourages 60-80 hour work weeks. At the same time, recruiting and the CEO like talking about Tim Ferriss, the 4-hour workweek. Hiring by committee, but not firing by committee They market themselves as a cloud company, but have more sales people than cloud people. Everyone is white, as far as I could tell. They only have one or two women engineers, as far as I could tell

      Pros

      This company is like a rocket ship -- fast moving, growing to new heights, and a once in a lifetime journey. Everyone is SO smart, but even moreso kind-hearted. I enjoy spending my days working here, there is never a dull moment and there is so much opportunity to grow.

      Cons

      Because we are so busy with all the new growth, sometimes it feels hectic -- but that seems like a good problem to have!
