While we’re glad you enjoyed all that Innovative has to offer its employees to make their lives easier (like our wonderful lunch offerings), we’re sorry that you felt that the technical growth and development opportunities each employee receives should be replaced with more cash compensation. We strive to pay our employees at or above market rates, all while pushing them to achieve technical heights they never thought were possible via paid training, development, and conference opportunities.
