Pros

Good benefits and reasonable compensation.

Cons

Alarmingly high levels of turnover in multiple departments. Nepotism is rampant and often goes unchecked as new, less experienced hires are thrown under the bus for senior/more tenured employees' mistakes. The turnover leads to a lack of work-life balance and a lack of continuity in client engagements. Management will target you when goals aren't met as a result of their shady practices and negligence. You will be expected to hit the ground running, as the onboarding experience is near non-existent. Invest in yourself. Innovative will not invest in you.

Pros

Lots of swag, company wide events, full week dedicated to celebrating employees, free resource library, 1/1s with management happen often, HR is helpful and very accommodating to employees that are going through personal issues.

Cons

1. Required to work out of a cloud providers office 3x a week. Company does not provide visitor badge or an escort. You have to tap into your own network to find people to badge you in. They did not mention this during interviewing process. 2. Increased travel by 50%. Expected to travel at least every other week. Travel can be last minute. 3. Company behaves like a startup but its not. CEO is heavily involved. Especially when sales doesnt meet their numbers as a whole on a monthly basis. Short fused. Lots of family dynamics. Very functional just odd. (Parents, siblings, friends of management work there). 4. Turnover is BAD. People get fired easily with or without cause. They dont offer severance. Since they offer unlimited PTO, they dont pay for unused vacation either when you leave. No communication from management as to how they will backfill positions. No plans. They just fire people and figure it out later. 5. Offerings and processes change constantly. By the time you learn how to sell something, the offering is gone. Internal processes as well. Not great communication on these changes internally. You find out on your own. 6. For sales specifically, they have an SDR team. During interviews they tell you SDRs will fill up schedules for you. Couldn't be farther from the truth. The established SDRs have AEs they like to work with. Management does try to make it even among all AEs but it doesnt really happen. You have to find your own leads and not rely on SDRs. 7. During my tenure there, we went from receiving help with filling out funding requests, selling an assessment and passing it on to SAs to having to submit your own funding and running the assessments on our own. 8. Every AE I met except for the consistent high performers fear to lose their jobs constantly. The anxiety is real. Every month theres chatter about whos getting fired or not. Thats not right.
