There are no pros - If I could give 0 stars I would

They are a scam and target young adults (typically fresh out of college) to either groom or use you. Your best off if they end up using you for whatever scam they have going on with quickly hiring and firing people, because If they are able to groom you and turn you into an "account manager" you will have to learn to be manipulated and manipulate others as well as lead by fear. Every incentive is dangled like a carrot in-front and moved when you hit it, so they don't have to pay everyone their bonuses. When I was supposed to be paid out for my bonus (it was for hitting 5K then they switched it to 10K when I hit the 5K). They had a "sales development program", so young adults would want to work there after college that they ended up cutting, forcing everyone to be underpaid recruiters. Management will make it seem like the incentives are great if you work hard enough, not that the incentives are even that great in the first place. No matter "how are you work or tough" you are, if they don't see you as someone they can groom, then they will not keep you around. I promise you are worth more than what this job can offer you and despite what this company puts out into the world, there are other amazing companies and people that will treat and pay you the way you deserve, so don't feel like this company is your only option!

Cons

Made to feel bad for using PTO that was supposed to be unlimited even when sick. Micro-Management Favoritism Will work you to death zero work/life balance. Accountability/communication is non-existent

As a company we strive to set as clear of expectations as possible during our interview and onboarding process to be completely transparent about the amount of hard work that is required to be successful in this organization and industry. We also understand that this level of expectation and dedication is not for everyone. Our PTO policy is exactly as stated, unlimited. The only requirement we have is that employees provide us with a 2-week' notice, and it has never been our intention to make employees feel bad for using our PTO policy. In fact, it is quite the opposite. We’re very proud of the fact that most of our employees take great advantage of this policy to allow them time away. We have no tenure requirements on this PTO policy, and our internal data from the last two years shows that the average PTO time taken across even the highest performing employees was over 5+ weeks.

Pros

Most of the people in the pit are genuine, amazing people. You can definitely find a good friend or two here.

Cons

The management. I really wish I would've taken these reviews more seriously before I wasted my time. You will be micromanaged until you are nervous to take a lunch break. They will sell you on these glamorous ideas, and empty promises with no remorse. During the interview process, they will show you a handful of successful people that work there and tell you that if you work hard enough, you can be just like them. The unfortunate truth is that those peoples success was not a reflection of their leadership programs. The recruiters are treated like garbage, and rarely get any acknowledgement. They will sell you on the idea of work-life balance because you have unlimited PTO, but the reality is that with your given weekly metrics, it is almost impossible to use. I had really high hopes for this place because I fell for their social media hype and what they would tell me, but after 3 months, you begin to see why they have such a high turnover rate. This place ruined so many young college grads spirit and mental health, save yourself the time.

As stated in other review responses, we understand that the level of work and dedication necessary to see success in our industry is not for everyone. The majority of our team consistently hits the required metrics and takes advantage of our unlimited PTO policy (an average of over 5+ weeks PTO among those that have the highest performance metrics). We set the expectation that, like anything, it takes time to build up your success, and does not happen overnight. Our internal data shows that overall the employee base sees a 200% average earnings growth YOY. To not overinflate these numbers, this 200% YOY earnings growth average does not include the handful of outlier employees who are earning amounts that are drastically above these numbers. With culture being the number one thing our leadership team is focused on, it is disheartening to hear that you feel people are not treated respectfully. Over the past several years, we have ranked in the top 2% of companies in our industry for culture, a score of 92/100 that is calculated through the votes of all our internal employees.
