It is unfortunate to hear your perception that we do not value our employees. We believe we have created a culture that encourages growth and team camaraderie and rewards performance. We have built multiple incentive programs, comp structures, parental policies, and reward systems. I also encourage individuals to reach out to our employees to gain real insight and feedback on our culture from those in the role. 52% percent of our current staff has been here longer than three years, and 83% has been here longer than a year.
