Pros
Nice office space and good snacks in the pantry. Good team outings.
Cons
Sorority culture at its finest. It is exactly what you’d expect from a company where 90% of the employees are under 30 years old. Account Managers are praised by the CEO while recruiters are left in the shadows to fill the job orders thanklessly. The expectations are SO much higher than the pay grade they expect you to work in. Unless you stay late, get there early, and work through lunch, you will be judged for not pulling your weight. It takes months to even see a tiny commission check even if you work endlessly. Work/life balance does not exist and there is not a clear path to promotion.
