      Great people, way too much micromanaging

      Pros

      The CEO is awesome and seems like she really cares for employees and the company

      Cons

      No 401k, heavy turnover due to what I think is way too much micromanagement. Weekly performance reviews with call numbers, interviews, sells, subs, interviews, offers is exhausting

      They'll work you and then dump you!

      They delete bad reviews so they will seem like a positive workplace.

      Cons

      They'll work you like a dog, under pay you. Give you reasons why its not working out and play favoritism to others. They only care for "their own" and you'll see it.
