      Pros

      Innovien Solutions is an amazing company to work for. They truly molded me into the professional I am today and taught me life skills I will always value. The strong leadership, endless growth opportunities, and rewarding work culture made me proud to call myself an employee of theirs. I was lucky enough to build relationships with most of my colleagues and leadership and those relationships will far exceed my time at the company.

      Cons

      With it still being a younger company, there will always be a mindset of uncharted territory. Still, for any professionals looking to get out what they put in and lean into that uncertainty, the sky is the limit. They are a company that values its employees and will allow everyone to grow to a level that may not even exist if that person takes the initiative which is a huge selling point.
