In performance-based, metrics-driven sales organizations, accountability, and expectations can often be misinterpreted as "micromanagement."
We do our best to be as transparent as possible about what it takes to be successful in this industry. It is our goal and the sole role of our management team to provide our employees with the training, tools, and support they need. However, this must also be equally met with accountability for performance.
