A few really great people to work with. Free coffee.

Cons

HIGH TURNOVER Complete Lack of upper management No solid SOPs Lack of Inventory - Some due to Supply Chain and the other half due to poor management Pay is below average Work overload in each department due to so much turnover Beware of certain long term employees, they are not team players Favoritism is real as mentioned in previous reviews Lack of a cohesive work culture - every man for himself - especially in certain departments Certain departments are dead ends but if you want to stay at the same job, but work harder each year and not be compensated for it, then you found a great place!

Pros

-Couple co-workers were really great/ helpful and a pleasure to work with -Actual product has potential -Decent customer base

Cons

-Benefits & pay (low pay, FORCED PTO on miscellaneous days; maxing out on PTO accumulation at a certain point??) -Department managers aren't well trained (lower level employees have more leadership skills and better ideas than those at higher levels). -Few people seem to know what is going on (reach out to appropriate departments for information and get no feedback--most people were clueless or unhelpful..acctg employee has more info about Inventory, Warehouse procedures, product, etc than those working in the field) -Promises made to employees that aren't fulfilled -Some managers need to better their communication with employees (talking down to employees is ignored and creates for hostile environment; witnessed it happen to a couple people)
