A few really great people to work with. Free coffee.

HIGH TURNOVER Complete Lack of upper management No solid SOPs Lack of Inventory - Some due to Supply Chain and the other half due to poor management Pay is below average Work overload in each department due to so much turnover Beware of certain long term employees, they are not team players Favoritism is real as mentioned in previous reviews Lack of a cohesive work culture - every man for himself - especially in certain departments Certain departments are dead ends but if you want to stay at the same job, but work harder each year and not be compensated for it, then you found a great place!

The people, most definitely. Great office environment/family culture Casual dress Career development Cafe Moto Coffee (freshly ground each morning) Music in the office Lunches catered in randomly Kitchen with stove to cook your lunch Vending machine w/ cheap drinks Gym w/ personal trainer 2x / week for all employees Swanky bathrooms w/ shower Growing company ; fast paced Opportunity to take on new challenges if you prove to be a high performing employee Laid back office environment w/ high productivity 3 weeks paid time off Medical/dental/vision insurance 401(k) w/ company match

Cons

Parking Long term employees do not earn more vacation w/ tenure Growing company so room to improve company processes/procedures Every company has room for improvements but overall it's a fun place to work with a lot of great people.

- consistently growing - office casual environment - gym - good benefits - great co-workers - challenging, somewhat sink or swim environment . Sinkers gonna sink, sink, sink, sink. Swimmers gonna swim swim swim swim, swim, swim - I can swim. - privately held company

parking time off never goes up. 2 weeks plus holidays
