      Challenging Environment with Lack of Support and Professionalism

      As a former Talent Acquisition Consultant, my experience in this department was disappointing and frustrating. The team was severely understaffed, leading to an overwhelming workload for each recruiter. This high demand resulted in burnout and inefficiency, The lack of training and guidance was particularly concerning. New hires are thrown into the deep end without proper onboarding, leaving them ill-equipped to succeed. Additionally, the overall management style was unprofessional, creating a disorganized environment that hindered productivity and morale.
