      Pros

      The benefits that come with the job such as health insurance. I worked with not all but some amazing sweet nurses. I will say that working for INOVA has definitely helped me when it came to future job/school opportunities. I worked as a clinical tech for about 8 months and I was able to get accepted into Nursing school on the first go, and I really believe having that experience and background helped me get into nursing school. This is a great jump start for future careers.

      Cons

      Overworked, not enough clinical techs on the floor. Demanding job, and I only got a raise of a couple of cents higher every like 4 to 5 months. The raises were a joke. Plus, some of the nurses I worked with were catty. Don't expect to get paid well, but it does have its benefits.
