      Inova sincerely cares about their employees: multitude of personal and professional benefits for employees, including paying for additional schooling, providing mental health resources to employees for free, and many more - strong feeling/sense of unity and being part of a team - One of the top-rated systems in the US for several different specialties

      Cons

      -can be difficult to get your foot in the door if you are new to the system - pay is less than other systems due to non-profit status
