Best nursing job I will ever have in acute care Management cared about my growth whether or not it was with my floor, hospital, or the health system. So many resources! Both supplies and staffing. Safe workspace and health system for LGBTQIA+ Schedule and shift flexibility as available when personal circumstances came up.

Cons

Normal acute care problems. Usually 4-5:1 rather than the goal of 3:1 3 12s
