      Whe you work as a or support tech. There are no pros!!!!!

      Cons

      You are looked down upon. The nurses think they are better than you. No advancement. When you ask nursing management about outer opportunities they say they can't help you. You get blamed for outer people's mistakes. You are only good enough to do the dirty work but you are not good enough to work beside the nurses!!!!!

      Benefits/Insurance was great

      Student loan payment was a great benefit, insurance is affordable and accessible.

      Cons

      Don’t expect raises aside from Merit Raises, blatant favoritism, do not recognize talent and good work.
