Pay Increases (pay in general; pay is based on years of service, not performance. On average they want you to work about 60 claims a day, you can work over that amount and your pay increase will be the same as the person who only works 20-30 claims a day), Management (you can ask a question and might not ever get an answer, forgetful and in their own world), Micro Manage with Documentation (you get “graded” on documentation on claims you work), no growth within team (in order to grow you have to change departments or become a manager) and you are just a “little person” who is over worked/stressed out.

management is terrible, pay is terrible, bad staffing ratios, unsafe for the most part, patients are unhappy because of all of this
