      Pros

      Staff are very friendly and coming in new will allow you to learn a lot as they receive nursing students regularly. Pay is decent and hours are flexibile with self scheduling. Accomodations with school and tuition benefits. Room for continued medical education and further cetifications for specialties.

      Cons

      Can be short-staffed, especially on weekends. High patient loads at times.
