      Unresonable expectations

      Large well established organization, Great benefits, options to work from home

      Cons

      Very disorganized with high turn over not only in Insurance anaylyst but Management. I worked for INOVA for less than 5 years and probably had 6 or 7 managers in that time as well as 3 directors.

      Micromanaged and metrics obsessed

      Great benefits and compensation, award winning hospital

      Cons

      Overworked/ hustle culture, high turnover and overtime on a continuous basis. Company offers generous PTO but not allowed to take it due to being short staffed . Micromanaged on every little detail of the job. All they seem to care about is the bottom line/ money.
