      If you are new, it takes some time to learn most of the things. Lack of hours and too many are working FT and PT

      Middle Management. Too many of them, positions created to do jobs that the company has never needed before. Most of the time people are taken from the floor and placed into these positions and never replaced. No accountability for middle management.
