      Pros

      Remote Work. Just meet your productivity and you will thrive in this role. Great company and benefits. Little to no stress work.

      Cons

      Communication is at the low. There is a lack of engagement since it is a remote job. High volume of credit accounts. Managers doesn’t have any kind of support to their team. Lack of motivation and recognition from leadership. No team encouragement. Clock in, do your job & clock out.
