Mgmt is terrible, too much politics

The management was very bad, The manager is very racist and very cruel, she has no remorse for your feelings. She only respects those who are from "Africa." The nurses especially at night shift don't know anything, all they do is sleep, go on their phone, not paying attention to thier patients. The manager did not make any action towards this matter. The staff is not professional at all, they don't treat patients with care and the staff bullies eachother, reported to the manager, manager didn't take any action. As a employee of Inova. It was a terrible mistake for applying for this unit. I suggest working somewhere else that is worth your skills.
