      Pros

      Great teamwork, amazing exposure, positive environment.

      Cons

      Very high risk patients - can be a con for some nurses that prefer lower risk care. Hourly pay wasn't the best.

      Great benefits and 25 pto days employee celebrations and engagement Free parking Why is there a word minimum requirement, Glassdoor?

      Cons

      Poor pay, that’s why there’s such a high turn over. HR is in charge of counter offer for retention and they wouldn’t even match. The handful of times I’ve talked to HR about career improvement and pay increase they laughed at me.
